These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SierraBuy’s marketplace services, including our mobile applications and website. They include subscription rules for Promote Plus when purchased through the Apple App Store.
By using SierraBuy, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. The SierraBuy service
SierraBuy provides an online marketplace and related tools for listings, discovery, and transactions. Certain optional features—including Promote Plus—may be offered as auto-renewable subscriptions in the SierraBuy mobile app.
2. Promote Plus Subscription Terms
This section applies when you purchase Promote Plus through Apple’s In-App Purchase system. It supplements these Terms and does not replace Apple’s applicable terms or the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) where applicable.

- App / service name: SierraBuy.
- Subscription product name: Promote Plus.
- Options: Promote Plus monthly · Promote Plus yearly.

- Pricing (U.S. storefront, before tax; other regions may differ): USD $4.99 per month · USD $49.99 per year. The price shown in the App Store at checkout controls.
What Promote Plus provides
Promote Plus is a seller-focused subscription that may include increased visibility for listings, tools to help you get quicker responses, a verified badge where offered, multi-day promotion, and switching promotion between eligible listings. Features and availability may change over time.
Billing, renewal & auto-renewal (App Store)
- Auto-renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Renewal charge: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the then-current price shown in the App Store unless a promotional rate applies.
- Management & cancellation: You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings (e.g. iPhone: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions).
- Free trials: If offered, terms are shown on the App Store at purchase.
Restore purchases
If you reinstall the app or change devices, use Restore Purchases in the app so Apple can re-validate your subscription.
Refunds
In-App Purchases are processed by Apple. Refunds and billing disputes follow Apple’s policies and support tools.

3. Eligibility, conduct & other purchases
You must meet applicable age and eligibility requirements. You are responsible for your account and content. Other paid features may be offered through Apple, Google, or other processors under their terms.
4. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, SierraBuy disclaims warranties not expressly stated and limits liability for indirect and consequential damages as described in our full Terms on the interactive site when available.
